The delivery delay applies exclusively to products from verified suppliers from the European Union, which are currently not in our warehouse, although they are a standard part of our offer.
How soon does it take for the product to arrive at the warehouse?
Products are procured from the above-mentioned suppliers at the end of each working week. If you place your order by Thursday, we will order your product on Friday, and the expected arrival time in Croatia is already next week. In exceptional situations, it is possible that the arrival of the requested product in Croatia is delayed by up to 25-30 days.
What if there is no product from the manufacturer?
We approve the "delayed delivery" option only for products from the permanent offer. Sometimes it is possible that the manufacturer does not currently have the requested size, but such cases are rare and, as a rule, the product is available for purchase in 20 days.
What is the maximum delay time?
If the manufacturer cannot deliver the desired product within 30 days, our employees will contact you and offer you additional options: (additional delay, partial delivery of the order, refund of the money paid)

Delivers to most addresses in the Republic of Croatia, except for some islands.
GLS Flex offers additional free SMS and e-mail services from the time of delivery. Expect a phone call from the courier one hour before delivery. Delivery attempt is made up to a maximum of 3x in 3 days.

Offers delivery to all postal addresses within the Republic of Croatia.
Croatian Post suppliers are NOT required to call you on the phone number before delivery.
Croatian Post suppliers are NOT obliged to deliver packages of a larger format to the recipient's address. You will have to pick up larger packages yourself at the nearest Croatian Post office within 5 days.
Croatian Post charges an additional 3% of the total amount for cash transaction services on items with the option of cash on delivery (COD). This fee is also charged if you are entitled to free delivery.

HP Express 24:
Offers delivery to all postal addresses within the Republic of Croatia. Each package is delivered to the address regardless of size. HP Express offers the option of sending delivery SMS.

Product returns to Commando.shop are in line with EU consumer rules. Product replacement is only possible after agreement with our customer service. The refund is made by payment to your bank account.
How to make a return:
- Please contact our customer service at email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Prepare products for return according to our instructions.
- Attach the original invoice to the package. If you do not have it, you can print it from the list of "order details" on your account on our website.
- If you have been granted a refund, please attach the necessary bank details for a refund.
- After we receive and check the returned products, the refund will be made within 72 hours.
Terms of return:
- Products must be with original labels, and must not be used.
- The return can be made a maximum of 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- No refunds are provided for the correct products at the total sale (discount of 60% and more)
Return and replacement of incorrectly ordered products:
Commando is completely behind the product description, product photos, listed sizes and tables of measures. If you ordered the wrong size, you can replace it or request a refund. Postage costs for product return and possible re-shipment of products, from this item are fully borne by the customer. Money Refunds are only made for products that are returned correct. Refunds do not apply to shipping costs.
Return of defective products:
This option allows you a free return of goods and money. With this refund, the seller (commando.shop) fully bears the costs of postage and replacement of the product, or refund. Exercising the rights from this item is possible only in the following cases: The product is not correct or the wrong size / color / volume was delivered to you.
