Waterproof, durable, windproof, yet lightweight and comfortable. It is additionally lined with warm fleece material. There are six pockets on the front, four on the chest and two on the bottom, one pocket on each arm, a long pocket on the lower back and 2 inner pockets. Each pocket has a waterproof zipper. The ends of the sleeves have a Velcro strap, a strap for adjusting waist width, and Velcro on the chest and sleeves.
