Product returns to Commando.shop are in line with EU consumer rules. Product replacement is only possible after agreement with our customer service. The refund is made by payment to your bank account.
How to make a return:
- Please contact our customer service at email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Prepare products for return according to our instructions.
- Attach the original invoice to the package. If you do not have it, you can print it from the list of "order details" on your account on our website.
- If you have been granted a refund, please attach the necessary bank details for a refund.
- After we receive and check the returned products, the refund will be made within 72 hours.
Terms of return:
- Products must be with original labels, and must not be used.
- The return can be made a maximum of 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- No refunds are provided for the correct products at the total sale (discount of 60% and more)
Return and replacement of incorrectly ordered products:
Commando is completely behind the product description, product photos, listed sizes and tables of measures. If you ordered the wrong size, you can replace it or request a refund. Postage costs for product return and possible re-shipment of products, from this item are fully borne by the customer. Money Refunds are only made for products that are returned correct. Refunds do not apply to shipping costs.
Return of defective products:
This option allows you a free return of goods and money. With this refund, the seller (commando.shop) fully bears the costs of postage and replacement of the product, or refund. Exercising the rights from this item is possible only in the following cases: The product is not correct or the wrong size / color / volume was delivered to you.
